SUMMARY: Reporting to Everest Search Partners CEO, the People and Culture Intern will support several strategic organizational initiatives focused on company culture, talent acquisition processes, employer branding, and internal communications. Responsibilities will include collaborating directly with leadership and team members within a growing search and recruiting firm environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS 1.Company Culture Strategy: Company Mission Statement Refresh Conduct interviews with leadership and team members to gather input on company mission and organizational identity Compile and organize interview findings and themes Draft and refine multiple mission statement versions Present draft concepts to leadership and team for review and selection Proofread and finalize approved mission statement Assist with company-wide rollout and communication 2. Organizational Development: Company Core Values Update Interview team members to identify organizational values and cultural themes Analyze and summarize interview feedback Define and align suggested values Draft and revise company core values statements Collaborate with leadership on edits and refinements Present final versions for company review and approval Support rollout and internal communication of finalized values 3. Candidate Selection: Behavioral Interviewing & Evaluation Framework Review existing interview documentation and evaluation tools Partner with HR and leadership contacts to identify desired competencies and hiring criteria Develop behavioral interview questions aligned to targeted competencies Create competency rating anchors and evaluation standards Build structured interview guide templates and evaluation forms Present draft materials for leadership feedback and revisions Finalize and prepare interview documentation for company-wide implementation 4. Employer Branding: Website Integration Initiative Collaborate with marketing/web team to brainstorm website enhancements featuring company mission and core values Review design concepts and production drafts Present proposed website enhancements to leadership team Assist with rollout and implementation of finalized website updates Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical abilities Ability to conduct video interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable insights Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing skills Comfortable collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
