Job Title: Culture and Recruitment Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Rove Concepts is seeking a passionate and driven Culture and Recruitment Specialist to shape and elevate our company culture while leading the recruitment efforts for various roles. This role is pivotal in nurturing a positive and engaging work environment that aligns with Rove Concepts’ core values of teamwork, quality, and honesty. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering employee engagement, promoting cultural initiatives, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, lead, and implement culture initiatives that embody Rove Concepts’ values and foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
  • Develop programs and events that boost employee morale, celebrate achievements, and recognize milestones.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support team-building activities and initiatives that enhance team cohesion and reinforce our company values.
  • Act as an ambassador for Rove Concepts’ brand values, ensuring that these are integrated into all employee touchpoints and communications.
  • Champion programs that prioritize employee wellness, mental health, and overall work-life balance.
  • Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and regular check-ins to identify areas for improvement in company culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering early engagement with company culture and values.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for open positions across departments, especially for culture-aligned roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, promoting Rove Concepts as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement hiring strategies that align with company goals.
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process to ensure efficiency, quality, and a positive candidate experience
  • Support and promote initiatives that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruitment, onboarding, and everyday company culture.
