Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement programs and strategies outlined in the agency’s workforce plans to improve culture and wellbeing.
  2. Develop, implement and monitor the agency’s onboarding process for all new employees and provide guidance to management.
  3. Develop, promote, monitor and evaluate the agency’s employee wellbeing program and Social Club activities, events and
    fundraisers.
  4. Provide high level advice and support for end-to-end employment services (commencement of employment to exit/separation).
  5. Review, analyse and action the agency’s Aboriginal and inclusions plans, strategies and ensure key performance indicators are
    met.
  6. Oversee the agency’s People Matter Survey including promotion, collation of results, stakeholder engagement; and work with
    business units and divisions to develop and action recommendations.
  7. Assist the branch to develop promotion material to attract candidates to the agency that outlines the workplace culture.
  8. Follow service quality standards, internal policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to ensure high quality service and
    advice is provided that exemplifies best practice and role modelling behaviour.
  9. Undertake reporting and analysis of data including development of recommendations and reports for the branch.
