We’re looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to join our team as a Culture & Capability Business Partner. This role is all about shaping the future of our organisation by strengthening organisational capability and embedding a culture where people feel empowered, connected, and inspired.
This role is being advertised in both Brisbane and Bundaberg

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a trusted advisor, you will:

• Lead the Organisational Capability & Leadership Development portfolio, designing and delivering initiatives that build leadership capability at all levels.
• Partner with leaders to research, design, implement, and review fit-for-purpose programs that drive performance and engagement.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching, and capability-building programs that enable sustainable change.
• Measure impact and continuously improve initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
