Your new role In this strategic role, you will: Act as a trusted strategic advisor, partnering with leaders to elevate people practices and embed culture into everyday decision making. Design and deliver programs that enhance inclusion, strengthen our culture and create a connected, consistent employee experience across regions. Shape and implement QBE’s group inclusion strategy, leading the rollout of global programs and frameworks. Leverage AI, insights and data to identify focus areas, inform decisions and accelerate meaningful outcomes. Partner with a global community of practice to ensure aligned, consistent practices and influence adoption across regions. Shape how we tell our people story, coordinating key disclosures and reporting, including sustainability, ESG and annual reports. This role gives you scope to think boldly, work globally, and influence meaningful change. About you You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: Experience designing culture, employee experience and/or inclusion initiatives, with a commercial, pragmatic mindset. Background in Organisational Psychology, Employee Experience, HR Strategy or human capital disciplines (advantageous but not essential). Strong problem solving and behavioural change capability, with the ability to translate insights into practical actions. Clear and influential communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels. Data literacy and a solid understanding of global inclusion contexts or a willingness to build this expertise.
