Description NORCAL Ambulance is looking for a Part Time Culture & Communications Assistant! Location: Livermore HQ (3025 Independence Drive, Suite D, Livermore, CA 94551) Hours: Part Time (20 hours per week) 3-4 days per week Pay: $20-22/hour The primary responsibility of the Culture & Communications Assistant is to support the Culture Manager with communications and administrative projects–fostering Team Member engagement throughout NORCAL Ambulance. Duties include but are not limited to: Communication and Administrative functions: Assist with creation of digital and physical communication assets. Assist with medical outreach campaigns. Assist with scholarship campaigns. Assist with Team Member engagement initiatives (e.g. sports events, holiday meals, gifts, recognitions, celebrations, races, local outreaches...) Assist with NORCAL Ambulance Store order fulfillment. Assist with administrative tasks, such as mailings. Meet with Culture Team once a week to discuss current and projected task lists. Visit stations and departments to engage with Team Members and communicate current messages. Be familiar with NORCAL policies and procedures. Skills: Excellent ability to use digital creation tools, such as Canva and Adobe. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills with great attention to details. Ability to plan and execute departmental tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to manage a project from start to finish. Creative thinker and innovator; in touch with digital and culture trends, etc. Requirements Required Digital design experience Photography and videography background a plus High level of computer literacy using programs and platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Canva, and Adobe. Events management experience a plus Reliable car - this position may require regional travel Available some nights and weekends for company events High school diploma
Responsibilities
The Culture & Communications Assistant supports the Culture Manager with communications and administrative projects to foster Team Member engagement. Duties include creating communication assets, assisting with outreach campaigns, and engaging with Team Members.
