About the Program & Internship Gersh is seeking a motivated college student passionate about the entertainment industry to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program as a Culture Intern in New York City. This immersive, paid program is designed to provide hands-on exposure while developing the professional skills needed for a successful career in talent representation. Interns will work closely with Gersh’s Head of Culture. The ideal candidate has an interest in Strategic and Inclusive Philanthropy, Hyper-Local Community Activation and Engagement, the Future of our Workforce and Pipeline Partnerships, Inclusion and Belonging, Dealing with Real Issues in Real-time, Social & Moral Impact Footprint Maximization, and will be prepared for a fast-paced, detail-oriented and hands-on environment. Overview Program Dates: June 8, 2026 – August 14, 2026 Duration: 10 weeks Schedule: 35-40 hours per week (Monday–Friday) Full-time & On-site Compensation: $16.90/hour Program Highlights Collaborate on projects that focus on social innovation and cultural impact within the entertainment sector Assist in developing initiatives that leverage storytelling and media to promote positive social change and community engagement Participate in a comprehensive Internship Orientation Develop and present a Summer Intern Project to Gersh leadership Learn the necessary skills for entry-level roles at an agency Receive one-on-one mentorship and career guidance Provide administrative and operational support to assigned department Participate in a wide range of programming and events, including, but not limited to: Agent Speaker Series Employee Panel Resume Workshop Industry-related field trips and networking opportunities Qualifications Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university (Rising seniors preferred) Fully available throughout the length of the 10-week program: June 8 – August 14, 2026 Based within a commutable distance to the NYC office for the duration of the program Demonstrated interest in the entertainment industry Prior coursework and/or experience in media, arts, or entertainment preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment Genuine interest in pursuing a career in representation Application and Selection Process *Submit all application materials by Friday, May 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT* Interviews: Selected applicants will be invited to an HR interview Finalists will be invited to a Final Round Interview Final Selections: Selected Interns will be notified of their status by May 22, 2026 Program Start Date: June 8, 2026 Interested candidates should submit their application materials through the Gersh careers portal Equal Opportunity Statement Gersh is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
