Workday Internal Jobs Site for Students Position Title: Cupboard Operations Coordinator-CASE Job Category: Student Hourly Job Profile: Student Help Job Summary: Job Description The Cupboard Operations Coordinator is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the student food pantry. This includes recruiting and supervising volunteers, maintaining inventory, planning food drives and fundraisers, and administrative duties. The Cupboard Operations Coordinator is also responsible for working as a member of the CASE volunteer programs team to brainstorm, create and facilitate programs that meet the needs of UWSP students and the community. Department CASE Operations Compensation $12.50/hour The University Centers Student Employment Program Wage Classification Scale classifies this position as Division I, Range I. Required Qualifications Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week during the semester and attend meetings and events as necessary, including occasional evening and weekend commitments. Applicants should also be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs. while on shift. They must be capable of working under limited supervision during shifts. Students applying for this position must pass a Criminal Background Check initiated by the University Centers. Preferred Qualifications It is recommended that the Cupboard Operations Coordinator have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Preference will be given to qualified candidates with at least two semesters remaining at UWSP. Education The Cupboard Operations Coordinator must be at least a part-time student (enrolled in a minimum of 6 undergraduate or 5 graduate credits) and be in good academic standing (cumulative and semester GPAs of 2.0 or higher) at the time of hiring and throughout employment. Responsibilities
The Cupboard Operations Coordinator supervises the daily operations of the student food pantry, including recruiting volunteers and maintaining inventory. They also plan food drives and fundraisers while working with the CASE volunteer programs team.
