JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Curbside Taxi Coordinator your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to patrons of the Kelowna Airport.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in maintaining a high standard of quality service
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Conducts themselves in a respectful, professional way with a high level of integrity
• Strong command of the English language, both orally and written
• Physically capable of preforming the duties assigned (walking, standing, lifting luggage)
• Willing to submit to a background check

• Communicate and coordinate with Dispatch to ensure availability of taxi’s for guests
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and direct them to a Taxi
• Assist guests with luggage; ensure items are handled with care
• Ensures that taxi drivers follow airport procedures and reports occurrences, if necessary
