We are seeking a part time/casual customer service specialist in Warringah Mall Branch.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin is a plus but not essential
• Responsible and accountable
• Excellent ability to work in a team and independently

• Answer direct phone calls from customers.
• Conduct client documents processing and filing
• Complete customer request and customer account reconciliation
• Assist in day to day branch operations and administration
• Daily transaction data entry and daily bank reconciliation
