REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current 2025 Accenture Summer Co-op Analyst
• Pursuing a Bachelor or Masters degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) by August 2026.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A strong desire to join a global consulting firm
• Major in any subject that has pushed you to think critically and given you opportunities to solve problems (i.e., business, economics, commerce, computer science, engineering, etc.)
• Interest or experience in a manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain environment
• Are known for being analytical, looking at things from all angles and feel comfortable getting up in front of a group of people to lead workshops
• Familiarity with core consulting skills business, processes, organizational strategies, project management and an interest in technology
• Ability to adjust quickly and confidently when faced with change, engage and enables team members to reach a common goal, seek out answers, drive solutions and get results, and follow through on what you say you’ll do, while also knowing when to ask for help.
