In our Porto office, you’ll join a team of other specialists who are always ready to help each other. The team is part of our Enterprise Solutions network and works in coordination with our Local and EMEA client leads.

• Participating in the onboarding of new employees by participating in onboarding sessions, ensuring an excellent employee experience;
• Collaboration in the organization of cultural events based on the organization’s cultural calendar, to promote integration among employees and strengthen the company culture, given the plurality of nationalities and cultures present;
• Supporting in the preparation of data analyses and/or brief reports related to employees, contributing to strategic people management decisions;
• Supporting the promotion of an inclusive work culture, where different cultures are respected and valued.
