Your Role at Delta Faucet The Curriculum and Instructional Designer is an individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences that support customer training, certification programs, and brand and product education. This role partners with cross-functional teams to create engaging, scalable, and effective learning solutions across digital, live, and blended formats, aligned with organizational and customer goals. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain customer, certification, and product training curricula aligned with learning objectives and business goals. Manage assigned training programs, including timelines, content updates, and coordination with key stakeholders. Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and webinars for customer, agency, and internal audiences. Create and deliver instructional content across multiple formats, including eLearning, presentations, guides, and sales enablement materials. Develop and support certification programs, including eLearning modules, learning paths, and assessments, in collaboration with subject matter experts. Design engaging digital learning experiences using instructional design best practices, emerging tools, and gamification strategies. Ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility of training content across learning platforms and delivery channels. Provide ongoing training support and contribute to learning and development process alignment and continuous improvement initiatives. Align all learning solutions with brand standards, product messaging, and strategic customer and agency segments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Experience Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning and development. Experience designing and developing eLearning content using modern authoring tools. Experience facilitating live or virtual training sessions or webinars. Strong written and visual communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning delivery methods. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting customer training, product training, or certification programs. Knowledge of gamification or interactive learning design techniques. Experience working with sales enablement or product education content. Familiarity with emerging instructional design or digital learning tools. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts. Certification in instructional design, eLearning, or related disciplines. Why Join Us?
