We are looking for an IB DP / A-Level / AP Curriculum Coordinator for an international school located in Guangzhou. This position is available from the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year, with either an immediate start or an August 2026 start. Job Responsibilities Lead the construction and day-to-day management of the senior high division teaching team, motivating staff and ensuring consistent teaching quality Oversee the implementation, development, and quality assurance of the IB DP, A-Level, and AP programmes Ensure curriculum planning, teaching delivery, and assessment practices align with programme standards and academic expectations Organize and support authorization, evaluation, inspection, or review processes related to the relevant international programmes Coordinate regular teaching and research activities within the division, and support the planning and development of new courses Establish and manage training and induction systems for both local and expatriate teachers Monitor and supervise teaching quality, and lead programme quality assessment and evaluation processes Support students’ academic progress and university preparation by ensuring strong programme delivery and academic guidance Actively participate in curriculum optimization, curriculum development, and teaching improvement initiatives in line with the school’s education strategy Work closely with the campus on operational matters such as teaching administration, student discipline, and safety management Maintain strong cross-department collaboration, supporting school-wide priorities such as recruitment and enrollment activities Bachelor’s degree or above, with Education or a related field preferred Teaching qualification such as QTS, PGCE, TEFL, or national teaching certification At least 6 years of teaching experience, including 3+ years of coordinator and/or leadership experience Previous experience with IB DP, A-Level, and/or AP programmes preferred Strong understanding of international curriculum delivery, assessment, and academic quality standards Competitive monthly salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications Annual flight allowance of up to 10,000 RMB Relocation allowance of up to 2,000 RMB Medical insurance arranged by the school Free lunch and shuttle bus from designated station Christmas, Chinese New Year, and summer holidays Work visa provided Laptop provided by the school
