Job Title: Curriculum Designer Location: Preston: Lancashire. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: £44,000 - £46,000 depending on experience What you’ll be doing: Lead the design and development of large-scale curricula across the Global Digital Academy Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create impactful digital skills curricula Utilise digital learning technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and resources Develop creative and engaging methods for delivering large-scale learning products Design high-quality graphics and infographics for learning materials using the Adobe Suite Create end-to-end eLearning packages, from curriculum design and inception through to delivery Your skills and experiences: Digitally proficient, with the ability to leverage technology for learning Knowledge and understanding of corporate Learning & Development practices Expertise in curriculum design and development, with experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Gomo Learning Ability to analyse and organise large volumes of information and translate it into coherent, interactive learning packages Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
