JOB DESCRIPTION

In addition to your teaching duties, as a Curriculum Developer, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • To research, design and develop curricula and teaching materials in consultation with the Head of Department.
  • To participate in the evaluations programmes conducted by
  • To work with staff on devising and revising the curriculum.
  • To ensure the is informed of any problems related to curricula. To identify issues and assist in strategies to overcome them.
  • To organise curriculum both in hard and soft copy, and to ensure that it is backed up and secure.
  • To assist with the planning, development, implementation and revision of curriculum in keeping with best practices and the Company’s needs.
  • To develop programme outlines and guidelines.
  • To identify new materials and resources, and make recommendations that may enhance.
  • To prepare and conduct curriculum training sessions.
  • To write and edit content for advertising materials that promote the curriculum.
  • To prepare briefing notes and presentations on the curriculum, as requested.
  • To work closely with all other curriculum development team members and offer practical assistance and support to them where need be.
  • To give regular updates on the progression of work to the Head of Hua Language Centre.
  • To meet with the Heads of Departments to assess their curriculum needs and give updates on curriculum development progress.
  • To work with the Head of Department to identify curriculum development priorities and come up with an annual curriculum development plan.
  • To integrate technology into curriculum where relevant to ensure.
  • Any other curriculum-related tasks as and when they arise.
