DN Colleges Group is seeking an inspiring and experienced Curriculum Leader – Hair & Beauty to lead our dynamic teams at Doncaster College and North Lindsey College. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about delivering excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum development across a diverse and growing department.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing Hair & Beauty curriculum delivery across both campuses.
  • Coaching and supporting staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Overseeing curriculum design, development, and quality assurance processes.
  • Managing performance against key targets including attendance, retention, and achievement.
  • Building strong relationships with awarding bodies, employers, and industry partners.
  • Embedding English, maths, employability, and work experience into all programmes.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to maximise student outcomes.
  • Contributing to marketing and recruitment activities to grow the provision.
  • Teaching and acting as a programme as required.
