Newham College is looking for an inspiring Curriculum Manager to lead our Foundation Learning department, delivering outstanding provision for learners aged 16–25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including supported internships.

• Design and deliver a responsive, learner-centred curriculum in partnership with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Line manage a dedicated team of teaching staff and job coaches, ensuring effective learner support and staff development.
• Deliver between 7–12 hours of teaching or act as a personal tutor to maintain a strong learner connection.
• Ensure quality standards are met through rigorous quality assurance, continuous improvement, and performance monitoring.
• Establish strong links with parents, carers, schools, and community organisations to ensure smooth learner transitions.
