Grace Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Administrator to ensure administrative assistance is provided to Learning Leads, teaching staff and students as required. The Curriculum Services Administration Assistant is part of the Curriculum Services Team (CST).
This is a small, close knit team performing task structured administration duties for our teachers at Grace Lutheran College, Rothwell campus. We are looking for a quick learner with ability to adapt to fast paced environment with changeable information. Someone prone to self-management, collaborative decision making and has a high level of interpersonal skills perfect for working in a small team.
Position type: Permanent, Part Time, Term-Time - 30 hours per week (over 4 days working 7.30 am - 3.30 pm)
Remuneration: Level 3, Queensland Lutheran Schools Single Enterprise Agreement 2024
Anticipated Commencement Date: As soon as possible - to be negotiated.
Closing Date: Friday, 8 August 2025

Demonstrated high level of competence using Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams/SharePoint.
Knowledge of TASS - desirable.
