ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Curriculum Specialist at Mind Stretcher, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and refining high-quality curriculum content for our academic programmes, while also delivering engaging classes to students. You will ensure curriculum alignment with MOE syllabus requirements, incorporate best practices in pedagogy and assessment, and actively teach classes to support student learning and provide insights for curriculum improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop engaging curriculum materials and lesson plans for English, Math, and Science subjects.
  • Align curriculum with the latest MOE syllabus, educational trends, and assessment formats.
  • Create differentiated materials to cater to students of varying abilities.
  • Deliver high-quality classes to students, ensuring effective implementation of curriculum content.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff to gather feedback and continuously enhance curriculum content based on classroom experiences.
  • Analyse student performance data to identify gaps and improve curriculum effectiveness.
  • Train and support educators in the effective delivery of new and existing materials.
  • Participate in periodic curriculum reviews and academic planning meetings.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO).
