Curtain Wall Estimator – Full-Time | Office-Based Location: Leicester, Leicestershire Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Curtain Wall Estimator to join a busy and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for curtain walling and façade systems. You will work closely with internal teams across design, commercial, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Produce estimates based on architectural drawings, schedules, and tender documentation * Use estimating software (ideally LogiKal; KawneerPro or SchuCal experience also considered – cross-training available) * Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather cost and technical information * Assist in developing value-engineered solutions to meet client and project requirements * Support the transition of successful tenders into live projects Requirements * Experience in the curtain walling or façade industry is essential * Proficiency with estimating software such as LogiKal, KawneerPro, or SchuCal * Familiarity with aluminium curtain walling systems including Kawneer, Reynaers, Metal Technology, and Seniors * Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines * Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the office

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
