Communicating effectively and empathetically to understand customers' needs and concerns. Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Resolving customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance. Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and offerings. Keeping up-to-date with changes and updates to products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Recording customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Striving to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all customer interactions. Ensuring confidentiality and security of customer information and data in accordance with company policies and regulations. What you bring: Strong attention to details Conscientious, team player A desire to help serve customers – previous experience not necessary but a definite plus Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude May conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law SHIFT AVAILABLE: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Training 4 weeks - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM This position will be full time and in office.
