We provide services in Primary Care, Infectious Disease, Substance Use, Integrated Behavioral Health, Dental Services, Women’s Health, and Pharmacy.   Position Summary:   The HealthCare Connection is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to provide custodial services and light maintenance under the direction of our Facilities Director. This position is responsible for overall building and grounds maintenance.     Key Responsibilities: * Painting * Basic plumbing * Scheduled maintenance duties (changing light bulbs, preventative care of emergency equipment, etc.) * Floor care, both routine (sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming) and periodic specialized care (stripping, waxing, buffing) * Building and grounds upkeep, including cleaning, restocking supplies, and picking up trash * Other reasonably related duties as assigned   Qualifications: * One (1) year or more of janitorial, building, and grounds maintenance experience * Team player able to work with minimal supervision * Ability to respond to emergencies and adhere to Bloodborne Pathogen regulations * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and relate to persons from diverse educational, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds * Must be available for on-call work after hours, schedule adjustments, and overtime as needed * Must have a valid driver’s license   Benefits: * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Free Life & Short-Term Disability Insurance * 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match * Comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) * 10 Paid Holidays Equal Employment Opportunity/Drug-Free Workplace:   The HealthCare Connection is focused on creating a community that promotes dignity and respect for employees, patients and other community members.
