Description Job Summary: This position will support our custodial team by cleaning and maintaining the Western Supply Apartment space located at 424 N Boulder Ave, within the downtown Tulsa Arts District campus. Duties/Responsibilities: Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building Troubleshoots issues to determine cleaning schedules dependent upon the activity of the building Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities with a focus on common areas Performs minor repairs and maintenance in common areas Performs other related duties as assigned Ability to be on-call, after hours, when assigned, rotating schedule provided Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities Ability to communicate effectively Highly motivated, experienced, and trustworthy Efficient problem-solving skills Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior managers. Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented and thorough Ability to perform basic repairs and operate floor machines, or custodial specific equipment, used in routine work. Ability to interact with team, residential tenants, and suppliers/contractors while remaining professional, polite, and courteous. Has aptitude to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and complete assigned work, and act with a sense of urgency when needed Proficient with basic cell phone and/or tablet operation, including the ability to process and respond to emails and to maintain records on smart device Other duties as assigned Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record Previous experience in related field preferred On the job training offered Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and walking Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time Hours and Location The main office for this position is located at 303 N Main Street, Tulsa OK 74103 – ADPM, LLC. Our standard work week is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. While the typical schedule is weekdays, there may be occasional requirements to work weekends, evenings, or non-traditional hours. This role may involve local travel to different events or worksites.

Responsibilities

The Custodial Maintenance Technician will perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the Western Supply Apartment. They will also troubleshoot cleaning schedules and assist with minor repairs and maintenance.
