We are currently seeking a site manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure smooth workflow across our sites.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and train employees effectively
  • Comfortable using technology for communication and reporting
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability for shift coverage as required

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize the stockroom to ensure efficient supply management
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report stock levels
  • Coach and train. new hires as well as current staff to maintain performance standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and administration
  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards
  • Attend weekly manager meetings via Zoom to discuss operations, updates, and concerns
  • Liaise with the administrative team regarding site performance, supply needs, and operational concerns
  • Travel between sites as needed (must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation)
  • Provide coverage as required
  • Give clear direction to staff regarding clinic concerns, administrative requests, and performance follow-ups
