Position: Custodian Location: Sky Central, located in the historic PNC Tower, Cincinnati, Ohio Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Pay: $18–$20/hr based on experience + commissions & incentives What You’ll Do Keep residential hallways, stairwells, common areas, elevators, and management office spaces clean and well-maintained. Dust furniture and fixtures, sanitize restrooms, and ensure all shared spaces meet cleanliness standards. Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. Assist with resident events including open houses, resident socials, and other community gatherings as needed. What You Bring At least one year of custodial, janitorial, or facilities support experience, along with a basic understanding of cleaning procedures. Ability to safely operate standard custodial tools and, when needed, light landscaping equipment used on the exterior areas. Basic computer and/or smartphone skills for communication and work order tracking. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and climb flights of stairs throughout the shift. This is a very physically active position and requires the ability to be on your feet and moving throughout the entire workday.
