Description Help Adolescents Build a New Legacy At Clearfork Academy, we provide high-quality substance abuse and mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values structure and consistency, follows established procedures, and takes satisfaction in completing work accurately and thoroughly. Your work directly supports the healing environment our clients depend on every day. What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness of all campus buildings, including resident rooms, common areas, offices, classrooms, and outdoor spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and clean windows and other surfaces Empty trash and maintain waste disposal throughout the campus Restock paper products, cleaning supplies, and restroom essentials Perform routine cleaning tasks according to established schedules and procedures Inspect facilities for cleanliness, safety concerns, and maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly Maintain custodial equipment and assist with inventory of cleaning supplies Follow OSHA safety standards and infection control procedures Support a clean, organized, and professional environment for clients, visitors, and staff Perform other custodial duties as assigned What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
