Description Custodian – 2nd shift (4:30 pm – 3:00 am) Reports to: Operations Manager Reporting Staff: Custodian Alternate in Case of Absence: None Responsibilities: Follows the master cleaning schedule to ensure a clean working environment as well as ensuring compliance with our sanitation/good housekeeping audits Maintains janitorial supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to perform essential job functions Cleans restrooms, dust and mops floors, cleans break room, empty trash receptacles, etc. (see master cleaning schedule) Reports any damage/infested material to the Operations Manager Responsible for Food Safety

Responsibilities

The custodian is responsible for following the master cleaning schedule to maintain a clean working environment and ensuring compliance with sanitation audits. This includes cleaning restrooms, mopping floors, and reporting any damage to the Operations Manager.
