Description Part-Time Custodian – Pittsburgh, PA $19–$20/hr | 24 Hours/Week | Daytime Schedule (3 Days, 8 Hours Each) Arbors Management is hiring a reliable Custodian to help keep one of our senior high-rise communities in Perrysville clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a steady, year-round, part-time role ideal for someone looking for consistent daytime hours. What You’ll Do Clean and maintain common areas: lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, restrooms, and resident amenities Support apartment turnovers: remove trash, clean vacated units, coordinate with Maintenance and Property Manager Maintain exterior grounds: trash removal, sweeping, and snow/ice support Monitor and report building conditions (floors, walls, ceilings, light fixtures) Maintain custodial supplies and equipment What We’re Looking For Custodial experience in multi-unit buildings preferred Able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks Detail-oriented with pride in keeping spaces clean and safe Strong communication skills; courteous with residents and staff Able to pass background check and drug screening What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($19–$20/hr DOE) Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Apply today if you’re dependable, take pride in your work, and want a steady part-time daytime role in senior housing.
