Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the club, including but not limited to fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club. Stock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items for the facility. Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Assist with service to the members and guests when required. Maintain friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members, and guests. Requirements Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage daily tasks and priorities. CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Physical Requirements Must be able to lift or move up to 50lb. Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking. Ability to bend, crouch, and reach to perform cleaning tasks in various areas of the facility. Reporting Structure Reports directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
