Description Summary: As the custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean environment to promote the overall health, safety, and wellness of our workforce. This position is exposed to chemical products used in the general cleaning and sanitizing of the office, bathrooms, kitchen, and facility locations. Key Responsibilities: Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the bathroom and breakrooms. Performs janitorial duties in the outside areas. Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in office areas of the building. Performs general stocking of supplies in the janitorial closet. Performs general cleaning and stocking of supplies in the refrigerators and kitchen areas. Removal of trash from all areas with proper disposal. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Works independently of others. Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift to 50 pounds at a time.
