We are looking for a full time Housekeeper to support a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment at both of our campuses. This role serves as a vital member of the direct support team, working collaboratively with the residential team. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience. This is a full time, benefit eligible position! Must be self-directed, task oriented, and a team player. In addition to daily cleaning and sanitization, the Housekeeper may be tasked with projects to aid in the beautification and maintenance of our campuses. This is a dual campus position, supporting the Lakehouse and Farmhouse campuses. The Lakehouse is located on a peninsula, with beautiful lake views, on 40 acres. The log home is spacious and inviting. The Farmhouse is located on 400 acres with mountain views and access to hundreds of miles of trails. The barn with its horses and other animals is a highlight for the residents there. Both of our campuses are a truly unique and inviting place to work. Housekeeping tasks include, but are not limited to: Vacuum, sweep, and mop common areas and bedrooms Sanitize surfaces and high touch points Mop bathroom floors, showers, clean toilets and countertops Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms Laundry duties include, sorting, washing, drying, and folding clothing and other textile items, and ensuring all laundry equipment is maintained and the laundry room is kept clean, organized, and stocked with supplies. Assisting clients with their personal laundry, as needed. Stock and maintain cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Assist clients in keeping their bedrooms tidy and beds made Deep clean spaces weekly at both Lakehouse and Farmhouse campuses Deep cleaning may include tasks such as washing windows, window dressings, sweeping/mopping under furniture, dusting ceiling fans, etc. Follow all health and safety regulations Report property damage or larger maintenance-related concerns as encountered Ridge Maine is a residential treatment center for youth ages 12-17.
