Responsibilities: Under the supervision of a Property and Facilities Coordinator or Supervisor, takes day-to-day direction from the Head Custodian while performing Janitorial functions that include cleaning and minor maintenance tasks at Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties’ owned/contracted facilities. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D is required. Must be physically able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be physically able to operate a variety of Janitorial equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, etc.).
Conditional Employment Requirements: Employment offers for this position will be contingent upon the results of a Michigan State Police Clearance check. Must be able to pass pre-employment 5-panel drug screen. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical.

Salary/Hours: $14.56 - $15.90 per hour, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:00 am.
