Position Summary: The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment within assigned facilities. This role ensures that all indoor and outdoor areas are properly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and established procedures. The Custodian supports daily operations by promoting a professional and healthy workplace for employees, visitors, and contractors. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Refill restroom and breakroom supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer, etc.) Clean windows, glass surfaces, and entryways Dust and sanitize desks, fixtures, and common areas Clean breakrooms, including appliances such as microwaves and refrigerators Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or safety issues to management Perform seasonal yard work such as leaf removal, weed control, and debris cleanup Operate basic landscaping equipment (e.g., lawn mower, trimmer, blower) as needed Assist with light facility maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, moving furniture) Secure buildings after cleaning by locking doors. Follow proper waste segregation and recycling procedures Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, walkways, and parking lots Requirements Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Company Requirements: Must be Legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Must be able to commute to Ault, CO daily Physical Requirements: Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods Ability to work in various physical conditions, including kneeling, bending, squatting, walking, and standing for extended periods. Must adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) if needed. Must be able to commute to Ault, CO daily Wage: Starting at $20.00 per hour, depending on experience Overtime: Eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours per week, as needed.
