Description IKA Works, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Custodian to support the cleanliness and organization of our office, warehouse, and light industrial spaces. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong time management skills, and can work independently. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces. Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly, Restock restroom and breakroom supplies. Clean interior windows, glass doors, and mirrors. Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and light production areas as needed. Follow company safety guidelines and cleaning procedures. Notify management of needed repairs or safety concerns. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail. Reliable and punctual. Ability to lift up to 30–40 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
