ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Industrial Plant Custodian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational standards of our facility. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all areas of the plant, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company and environmental guidelines Monitor and replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and cleaning materials Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or damages to management promptly Assist in emergency clean-ups as needed Comply with all health, safety, and security protocols Qualifications Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an industrial or commercial setting preferred. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills.
