Job Description The Custodian @ First Colonial Inn provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor care. **Floor care tech expereince is required** Schedule: Part time - Swing/Third must start after 6pm but may start as late as 2am (4 hour shift) Pay Rate $ 15.50Paid Vacation / Free Meal each shift What will I do every day? Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc. Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor What will I need to be successful in this role? High school graduate preferred Six months to one year of custodial experience Experience working in a senior environment preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed What’s in it for me?
