Description Job Title: Custodian Status: Part-time Wage: $18-21.00/hour doe Hours: 4-5 hour shifts, Sunday 6-10pm, Wednesday-Friday 8:30 pm-1 am/ approx. 19 hours/weekly Reports to: Associate Director of Safety and Member Services Probation: Subject to a 12-month introductory (probationary) period POSITION SUMMARY: : Under the direction of the Associate Director of Safety and Member Services, the Custodian insures that the YMCA facilities are cleaned according to Y directions and standards and that the facilities and property are clean and sanitized for all members, program participants, children and staff using the YMCA facility. Must be able to thrive in an environment with the unique challenges of a non-profit, community service organization and have the flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment.
