Overview: We are looking for an individual that enjoys working in the fast-paced environment of Maintenance. Maintenance Technicians - Custodian is responsible for keeping our facility in tip-top condition. Perks of being a RPS Team Member: Paid Weekly! Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am to 3 pm Occasional Overtime including Saturdays Job Description: Custodian is responsible for keeping the manufacturing facility clean and in top condition at all times. You would be responsible for the following: -Empty trash in all the offices, desk areas at the beginning of the shift. - All desks to be cleaned, dusted and the computer monitors cleaned once a week. -Deep clean the restrooms and the break room at the beginning of the shift and touch up before you go home. -Soap, Paper towels and toilet paper filled etc. -Clean the urinals, toilets, and sinks. -Any carpeted areas/ rugs to be vacuumed each day. -Vacuum walk off mates in the morning and again before you go home. -All desks to be cleaned, dusted and the computer monitors cleaned once a week. -Office areas to be swept daily and mopped once a week, scrubbed weekly. -All door handles and doors cleaned in office area weekly. -Clean door glass and office windows weekly, outside monthly. -Phone handsets to be cleaned weekly. -Run scrubber on main isle twice a week. -Change air filters as required. (Twice a week on south wall, and north wall) -Restroom drains enzyme once a week. (Reliable liquid enzyme 4oz per drain) -Scrub War Room floor once weekly. (Shipping and Receiving office.) -Clean the outside breakroom daily, power wash as needed. -Cleaning up fluid and water leaks around machines -Maintaining adequate cleaning supplies -Keep employee breakroom tidy and sanitized -Running occasional errands off site for the plant -Mow, edge, and trim lawns regularly using push or riding mowers. -Prune bushes, trees, and shrubs to maintain a neat appearance. -Remove weeds from flower beds and walkways. -Rake leaves, clear debris, and perform seasonal yard cleanup. -Operate lawn care equipment including trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters. -Water plants, lawns, and landscaped areas as needed. -Apply fertilizer or pesticides under supervision, if certified or trained. -Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, and building exterior. -Shovel snow and apply de-ice to walkways in winter. Requirements High School or GED completion preferred Knowledge of housekeeping and building maintenance preferred Knowlege of Lawn Care Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently Must be able to communicate with team members and management in an effective verbal and written matter Ability to follow all safety rules
