Job Details Job Location: Nespelem - Nespelem, WA 99155 Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.49 Hourly Job Details (Description) CLOSING DATE: Open Continuously with bi-weekly reviews POSITION: Custodian SALARY: $20.00-21.49, per hour REPORTS TO: Greg Clark LOCATION: Nespelem, WA Basic Functions: This is a Non-Exempt position. (Qualifications) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Training: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the functions of the position. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Requires a working knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies used in custodial care and routine facilities maintenance. Requires a thorough knowledge of the buildings and grounds of the assigned site. Requires working knowledge of safe work habits and safety procedures. Requires basic knowledge of building, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Requires sufficient reading and writing ability to read work instructions and document work activity onto standardized forms. Requires sufficient human relations skill to exercise courtesy when dealing with others. Requires knowledge and experience with securing building during non-business hours. Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing. TRIBAL MEMBER AND INDIAN PREFERENCE WILL APPLY; PREFERENCE WILL ALSO BE GIVEN TO HONORABLY DISCHARGED VETERANS WHO ARE MINIMALLY QUALIFIED. If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance.
