Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs Perform routine maintenance tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain the working condition of cleaning equipment Keep the common areas of student residential buildings clean and orderly Associated Skills and Experience Ability to be on time at work for the scheduled shift Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Requirements Minimum Requirements (A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent of, would be qualifying): Highschool Diploma or GED Why WyoTech: Work with students to make a difference in their lives Work with a great company that supports not only their staff but the community as well Team building Tuition reimbursement Competitive benefit package PTO and paid holidays 401K Health insurance - vision and dental included Life and short-term disability The Laramie community has the small-town charm with big city events. Responsibilities

The custodian will keep buildings in clean and orderly condition and perform heavy cleaning duties. They will also maintain the working condition of cleaning equipment and organize custodial spaces.
