Who we are looking for
Performing accounting and custody activities for the assigned IMA mandates; performing daily checks and controls aiming to ensure total accuracy of transaction data; client & Custody reporting activity; managing daily reconciliations breaks, following up on unsettled cash entries with the bank, including automated and manual cash reconciliations;

What you will be responsible for

  • Ensure the correctness of transaction applied to IMA
  • Liaise with other colleagues/teams and with asset management companies that outsourced the activity to State Street

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have 3 years experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of fund accounting & custody process
  • English language spoken and written

Additional requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation, in both verbal and written forms.
  • Ability to work well with teams and individuals.
  • Displays patience and resilience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
