If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Custom Applicator: Operate row crop sprayers, dry and liquid flotation equipment with precision. Perform maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is always in top condition. Utilize variable rate controllers and GPS equipment for accurate applications. Monitor and manage raw material quantities in storage. Apply products accurately to fields, following special instructions when provided. Safely handle and work around hazardous materials. Truck Driver: Deliver agronomy and feed products efficiently and safely. Assist with loading and delivering fertilizers and chemicals. Perform maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on equipment. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas. Keep accurate driving and delivery records. Handle grain loading and unloading operations. Support management with additional duties as needed. Requirements Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience General computer knowledge Commercial Applicators license with 1A, 1B, and 1C endorsements or must be able to obtain when required Class A CDL license or must be able to successfully complete the Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) when required Ability to work long seasonal hours, climb heights, and stand for long periods of time Detailed oriented to provide accurate and consistent work Excellent customer service skills Ability to move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
