JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with experience in various installation tasks. This role involves working on-site to install fixtures, cabinetry, and other components while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in construction estimating, woodworking, and fixture installation.
  • Familiarity with roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, and plumbing is preferred.
  • Ability to perform metal stud framing, CNC operations, assembly tasks, and electrical work is a plus.
  • Experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials safely and effectively throughout the workday.

Responsibilities
  • Install cabinets, doors, and fixtures according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Perform trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precise measurements and cuts.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation projects.
  • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute installations accurately.
  • Conduct concrete forming, plastering, and masonry work as needed.
  • Assist with water damage restoration and mold remediation projects.
  • Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials on construction sites.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
