Monitor the daily availability of lease trailers 2. Monitoring, and updating daily trailers trips 3. Monitoring cost of trips 4. Monitoring, and tracking the vehicles in the field and distributing them to requirement distinction immediately 5. Ensure the availability of enough trailers to run daily operation volume 6. Arranging the trailers for internal and external trips 7. Preparing transports performance evaluation report 8. Enhance of leasing transportations performance and productivity 9. Take necessary preventive measures to reduce damages 10. Conduct monthly invoices of lease transportations 11. Daily meeting with lease supervisor for trailers availability and ensure delivered the trips (external trips) 12. Ensure all trailers are well maintained 13. Inspection the new trucks to ensure the availability standard requirements 14. Training of drivers to ensure that standard requirements in load and unloading are implemented 15.
