DESCRIPTION The HWT CAD team is seeking a passionate individual to drive solutions that deliver measurable organizational impact. In this exciting and highly visible role, you will enhance and support a complex AI application that directly impacts our CAD and design teams while also supporting critical automation systems. In addition, you will also support a system that can be used to run various analysis, QA, and release processes for a large set of IPs. Working closely with cross-functional CAD and design teams, you will gather requirements and integrate various components to ensure high-quality results through continuous improvement and optimization. This position requires strong collaboration skills as you will partner with CAD and design teams across multiple sites. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Ability to perform well on schedules and coordinate with cross-functional team members. - Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities. - Great communication skills – both written and verbal. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with architecting and supporting complex flows. - Excellent software engineering skills, with expertise in modular, object-oriented design, and familiarity with industry-standard development processes. - Proficient with programming languages like Python, Perl, C++, etc. - Strong understanding of generative AI models (e.g., LLMs such as GPT, BERT) and their application in real-world solutions, such as chatbots and NLP applications. - Experience with dashboards or tools like Splunk is a plus.
