ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced Building Envelope Specialist / Custom Home Lead Hand to join our team. This hands-on role focuses primarily on new custom home construction, with occasional renovations.
Key areas of work include:
· Exterior envelope installations: metal and engineered wood siding, eaves, soffits, flashing
· Building science: waterproofing, air sealing, external insulation, radon sealing, drainage
· Site prep: foundation waterproofing, slab preparation
· Coordination: working with subtrades to ensure high-quality and efficient outcomes
You’ll be expected to “run the tools and the job site”—meaning less paperwork, more action. Your job is to move the project forward, anticipate what’s needed next, and manage subtrades to ensure the finished product is correct, efficient, and visually exceptional.

· Install siding and building envelope components with precision
· Interpret plans and scope documents to execute as designed
· Identify and solve on-site issues proactively
· Collaborate with project managers, subtrades, and apprentices
· Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
· Set up scaffolding and work safely at heights
· Lead with craftsmanship, care, and integrity
