Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Custom Lead fabrication worker join our client’s team in Stoney Creek, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized production equipment, including extrusion presses and CNC machines, handling molten lead, and ensuring high-quality output through safe and efficient work practices. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, and a commitment to safety.

• Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 7:30am start time and 2:30-3:30 end time
• Job type: Permanent | Full-time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of construction or labor-related tasks is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques relevant to the labor field.
• Ability to operate forklift(preferably licensed)
• Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate production machines including extrusion press and CNC
• Cast molten lead
• Burn/solder lead components
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Inspect product during production runs
• Perform physically demanding tasks
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management promptly
• Daily cleaning of equipment and storing of (PAPR)
