The work focuses on creating high-quality, customized solutions that meet unique business requirements while continuously improving system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software components to ensure optimal performance and scalability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). - Experience with cloud-based software development and integration techniques. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Good understanding of software testing and debugging processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
