The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. - Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps platform. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and agile development practices. - Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party APIs. - Familiarity with data modeling, user interface design, and workflow automation within the Power Platform environment.
